Our grinding equipment is designed for precision grinding corrugation of rail profiles. To reduce track time, both rails can be ground simultaneously. Re-profilling of grooved and Vignole rails is also a capability. With its compact outside dimensions, the machine can be used within small structure gauges.
We offer a hydrostatically driven municipal vehicle with all-wheel drive and four-wheel steering as the base vehicle. This 2-way rail grinding vehicle is equipped with 12 grinding stones. The angle adjustment and feeding of these 12 stones are also hydrostatically driven. The vehicle is equipped with a self-contained dust vacuuming system and on board water suppression system which aid as a dust barrier and for protection.
